• Message Flow & Call to Action (CTA): Customers opt-in by submitting their phone number, name, and service location address via our website form, direct inquiry, or verbal consent during service booking.
• Opt-Out Information: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the short code or phone number from which you received the message. Upon sending "STOP", we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, simply sign up again as you did initially, and we will resume sending messages to you.
• Help & Support: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or contact us directly at our main business office.
• Carrier Liability: Carriers (such as AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Message & Data Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from      us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your ongoing service needs and communications with us. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

• Information We Collect: When you interact with our text messaging service, we collect the personal      information you provide to us directly. This includes your name or business name, your phone number, and the address of the location requiring service.
• How We Use Your Information: We use the information we collect solely to communicate with you, provide you with scheduled mechanical and      automation services, and prepare and deliver accurate quotes for your scope of work.
• Data Confidentiality & Third-Party Sharing: We do not share your mobile phone number, personal information, or opt-in data with any third parties for marketing, promotional, or any other unrelated      purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
